Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and design solutions, focusing on user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups while conducting user research and usability testing to iterate on designs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all platforms
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative design solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Certificate in design
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe
- Proven experience working directly with clients: gathering requirements, presenting design solutions, and incorporating feedback into final deliverables
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
- Knowledge in user research and UX research, ability to translate research findings into product design
