Design visually engaging UIs for a mobile app, ensuring usability and accessibility. Own the full user interface and design system, collaborating closely with developers and product managers.
Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging UIs for our mobile app, ensuring usability, accessibility, consistency, and scalability
- Deliver production-ready assets, specs, prototypes, and documents to developers and support them during implementation
- Build, maintain, and own our evolving design system
- Design illustrations, icons, and other graphical elements needed for your designs
- Owning the UX writing in products, ensuring a consistent and engaging style and tone
- Define and own a visual language, ensure consistency across teams and products
- Perform design reviews, making sure the implementations align with the designs
- Team up with our researcher and data team to quickly gather feedback on your design and iterate on it as needed
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience designing for mobile and web
- A portfolio that demonstrates outstanding visual design, branding, and UI craft
- Expert-level skills in Figma, including component creation, prototyping, and multi-brand design systems
- Experience in motion and transition design
- Experience in graphic design
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in agile product teams
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
