UI Designer Senior

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and functional interfaces aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with UX teams to integrate user research and ensure usability.
• Create and maintain Design Systems and style guides for consistency.
• Design high-fidelity prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate interactions.
• Present and defend creative work to clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectation alignment.
• Conduct usability testing and adjust designs based on feedback.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as UI Designer in product and digital application development.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in creating Design Systems and style guides.
• Ability to work in collaborative environments and communicate effectively.
• Solid knowledge of design principles, typography, color, and layouts.
• Experience in conducting usability testing and iterative design based on feedback.
