Responsibilities
- Design user-centered digital products and eCommerce sites that balance usability with brand impact
- Develop moodboards, style directions, and design systems that connect strategy to execution
- Support multiple projects at once with organized, hands-on design work
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth hand-offs and accurate builds
- Prepare clean, developer-friendly design files, specs, and assets
- Apply a sharp eye for detail across typography, layout, spacing, and interaction states
- Present your work clearly, take feedback openly, and contribute to team critiques
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 2-4 years of digital design experience
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft and a detail-oriented approach
- Strong design and prototyping skills in Figma and other common tools
- Familiarity with design systems and responsive design best practices
- Experience collaborating with development teams and preparing design hand-offs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
- Solid understanding of user experience design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A curious, positive attitude and a desire to keep learning
