Junior UX UI Designer (Contract)

The Junior UX UI Designer will be responsible for updating the website to align with brand guidelines and creating user-friendly service pages and landing pages. They will also design email templates and support the creation of marketing assets.
Responsibilities
- Website Updates & Brand Implementation: Bring our current website in line with our refreshed brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and a cohesive user experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Main Service Page Development: Design & develop engaging and user-friendly main service pages that clearly communicate our offerings and align with brand aesthetics.
- Landing Page Creation: Create compelling and conversion-focused landing pages for marketing campaigns, optimizing for user experience and visual appeal.
- Design Components: Create reusable design components and variants for our website, ensuring they stay within the brand guidelines.
- Email Template Creation: Design visually appealing and effective email templates for various communication needs, maintaining brand consistency across all campaigns.
- Support Marketing Asset Creation: Contribute to the design and development of various marketing materials, including presentation slides, event banners, and other promotional collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
- Agency Collaboration: Act as a key liaison, working directly with our marketing agency to ensure seamless integration of design efforts and consistent brand messaging.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Experience with responsive design principles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of current web design trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Experience with responsive design principles.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience or strong familiarity with WordPress as a content management system.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
