Senior Product Designer

Uniswap Labs seeks a product designer to help build the next generation of financial products, focusing on decentralized finance and web3.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end design projects for new and improved consumer products.
• Tackle complex challenges in emerging technology by inventing new mental models and designing cutting-edge interactions.
• Use a human-centered approach to create conceptual wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research partners to influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a unified design system.
• Mentor junior designers and define best practices.
• Contribute to the broader design culture through writing, presentations, and external community engagement.

Requirements

• 5 years of product design experience, including research, prototyping, and implementation of user-facing applications.
• Experience in FinTech or adjacent industries through relevant design work.
• Experience working with component libraries or design systems.
• Desire to design within the context of web3/blockchain/decentralized finance.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Framer, or equivalent.
• Excellent visual design and interaction design skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.

Key Skills

• Familiarity with the web3/Ethereum ecosystem.
• High fidelity prototyping experience.
• Regular use of AI in design and prototyping workflows.
