Lead the full design lifecycle for a key product area, from initial research and strategy to high-fidelity design and iterative improvements post-launch. Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product strategy and deliver on both user and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle for a key product area
- Conduct user research to uncover insights and translate into actionable recommendations
- Design and prototype user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering
- Be the voice of the user, managing feedback cycles
- Leverage data and analytics to inform design decisions
- Champion and contribute to the design system
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows
- Provide constructive feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful, user-centered design solutions for complex applications
- Deep understanding of UX, visual, and interaction design principles
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
- Proven ability to plan and execute user research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent practical work experience
