Design workflow automation tools that assist customer care agents in resolving complex travel requests efficiently. Collaborate with various teams to create intuitive interfaces that enhance the customer support experience.
Responsibilities
- Design workflow automation tools that help customer care agents solve complex travel requests quickly and accurately
- Partner closely with customer care teams to understand their daily challenges and design solutions that fit their workflow
- Collaborate with engineers to design interfaces that simplify complex processes and reduce manual work
- Conduct user research with internal users (customer care agents) to validate design decisions and identify improvement opportunities
- Work within our design system while pushing boundaries for internal tool experiences
- Design for efficiency and accuracy - creating interfaces that reduce cognitive load during high-pressure customer interactions
- Iterate rapidly based on real usage data and feedback from customer care teams
Requirements
- 5+ years designing for SaaS products, with preference for B2B or internal tooling experience
- Experience designing for internal tools or complex workflows and automation tools
- Strong background in designing for professional users who use tools daily
- Understanding of customer support workflows or similar operational environments
- Ability to balance powerful functionality with intuitive usability
- Solid knowledge of Figma and remote workshop tools such as FigJam or Miro
- Great understanding of usability principles, information architecture, visual hierarchy, accessibility and interaction design patterns (web and mobile)
- Understanding of business goals and metrics, in order to work alongside product managers and define product roadmaps
- Solid communication skills to present and articulate your ideas to multiple stakeholders, run workshops and facilitate collaboration with your team
