Senior Product Designer - Fintech

Design intuitive and compliant fintech products focusing on clarity and trust. Lead product discovery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless financial interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, compliant fintech products with a focus on clarity and trust.
• Lead product discovery through generative and evaluative research.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, effective interaction and service designs.
• Build and iterate on prototypes in Figma, Lovable, and similar tools.
• Ensure universal design across mobile and desktop—meeting WCAG standards.
• Mentor peers and influence design priorities within the Fintech domain.
• Collaborate with users, design peers, product, and tech teams across the lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in similar Senior Product Design roles with deep fintech experience.
• Expert-level skills in visual, interaction, and systems design.
• Proficiency in user centric design, usability testing, and performance-driven UX.
• Strong command of Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., UXPin, AI prototyping with Lovable).
• Strategic thinker with domain fluency in compliance, quoting, and invoicing.
• Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Creative, organized, and self-motivated.

Key Skills
