Senior Product Designer

Design and deliver impactful product features, owning the process from ideation to high-fidelity UI. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive roadmap projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver impactful product features, owning the process from ideation and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and being an active partner for engineering during implementation
• Produce seamless, intuitive user experiences informed by customer feedback, usability testing, and a deep understanding of users
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to initiate and drive roadmap projects to completion
• Develop a strong grasp of the cybersecurity awareness domain and user needs, keeping a user-centered mindset at the core of work
• Define and evolve design system to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability
• Evolve visual language to support clear, consistent, and usable interfaces across the product

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficiency across the entire product design lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to design systems and visual polish
• Collaborative, self-driven mindset
• Comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on, product-led environment with evolving priorities and high autonomy
• Courage to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for what is right
• Always open to feedback, adapt thinking, and iterate toward the best solution
