Own the end-to-end product design process, from concept to developer handoff. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing to define requirements and create impactful user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design process—from concept and discovery to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and developer handoff
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to define requirements and translate business goals into UX solutions
- Design in Figma (or similar tools), leveraging reusable components, design systems, and interactive prototypes
- Lead and conduct UX research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate ideas and identify areas for improvement
- Operate in ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces, using low-fidelity sketches or concepts to explore solutions and drive alignment
- Help evolve and scale our design language/system for consistency and efficiency across the platform
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and influence roadmap decisions with a user-centered mindset
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in consumer technology, ecommerce, or DTC brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing real-world examples of web and/or mobile design work with measurable impact
- Deep hands-on experience in Figma (or similar platform), including prototyping, collaboration, and systematized UI design
- Experience with user research and usability testing tools/methods
- Ability to design in high-ambiguity situations—turning rough concepts or early product ideas into concrete prototypes and direction
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to advocate for design and balance user needs with business goals
