As a Product Designer, you will create user experiences by designing product interfaces that meet user needs and performance objectives. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and improve digital products in various sectors.
Responsibilities
- Frame and align with client challenges, facilitate workshops, prioritize needs, and structure design backlogs
- Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative), analyze data, and synthesize actionable insights
- Design end-to-end product journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and accessible, eco-designed UI interfaces consistent with existing design systems
- Organize user tests, conduct UX audits, and iterate on journeys with performance indicators
Requirements
- Minimum B2 level in English for deliverables, meetings, and workshops
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio
- Mastery of Figma
- Excellent communication skills to argue design choices
- Basic understanding of development to facilitate technical exchanges and anticipate feasibility
