Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces
- Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create balanced experiences
- Design for transparency, trust, and explainability in AI behaviors
- Support user research and usability testing efforts with design iteration insights
- Contribute to and evolve the internal design system for agentic AI interfaces
- Continuously refine designs based on data, feedback, and behavioral insights
Requirements
- 2-4 years of UX/UI design experience with exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design
- Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI) with interest in human-AI interaction
- Curiosity, humility, eagerness to grow, and clear communication
