Manage and evolve the Design System to align with user needs and business objectives. Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure effective integration of the Design System into projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve the Design System to align with user needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and product teams for seamless integration
- Identify trends and best practices to continuously improve the Design System and maintain leadership in digital design
- Train and support internal and external teams for consistent and effective use of the Design System
Requirements
- 5 years minimum experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, and the entire design cycle with a specialization in Design Systems
- Fluent English (C1 level minimum)
- Mastery of Figma and understanding of front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convince and lead
- Rigorous, creative, detail-oriented with an overall perspective
