Lead end-to-end design processes to create user-centered designs that drive engagement and deliver business value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Crafting clear, engaging, and highly functional user interfaces for platforms ranging from mobile apps to web-based solutions.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders from project inception through to launch, ensuring design consistency and quality.
- Owning the complete design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and final UI delivery.
- Developing reusable components and design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across various products.
- Advocating for user needs by applying usability principles, conducting research, and translating insights into innovative design solutions.
- Continuously iterating based on user feedback and data to optimize user flows and interface elements.
- Communicating design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment and shared understanding.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, showcasing a strong portfolio of user-centric projects.
- Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma, with a solid understanding of design tokens and variables.
- Familiarity with usability testing, user research methodologies, and accessibility standards.
- Proven ability to create reusable design components and establish scalable design patterns.
