The Senior Product Designer will improve the experience for customers and colleagues by refining business processes and enhancing interfaces. They will take ownership of launching new tools and polishing existing products to ensure they meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Launch new flows: take ownership of launching tools or experiences, from early discovery to go-live, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals.
  • Polish existing products and scenarios: improve current flows and features, remove friction, and raise the overall quality of experience through thoughtful design iterations.
  • Deep dive into domain knowledge: invest time in understanding the business, operations, and user needs to design solutions that are truly relevant and impactful.
  • Dogfood our own products: regularly use internal tools yourself to spot issues, uncover opportunities, and advocate for improvements based on real-life usage.
  • Participate in product and tech decisions: stay actively involved in key discussions across product and development to help shape outcomes early on.
  • Run relevant research: plan and execute user research on your own or together with our research team to validate ideas, discover pain points, and guide design decisions.
  • Contribute to the design system: help grow and refine our internal design system to support consistency, scalability, and speed across products.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of experience working on B2B, B2E SaaS, or internal tools.
  • Solid portfolio showing ability to design complex products in a simple, user-friendly way.
  • Familiarity with best interaction patterns and great visual skills.
  • Experience working independently and keeping track of everything.
  • Confidence in work and ability to explain ideas clearly.
  • Strong communication skills to bring together user needs, business goals, and tech possibilities.
  • Systemic thinking and flexibility.
