As a UX Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process for key products and tools, ensuring they deliver measurable user value. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to shape the evolution of Canvas8βs digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects, managing scope, timelines, and delivering measurable success.
- Conduct tactical user research and analyse data to inform design decisions and contribute to product strategy.
- Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI while ensuring brand consistency and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, scope feasibility, and align design with overall goals.
- Manage development tasks by writing pull requests, managing tickets, and supporting smooth implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and influence cross-team decisions, acting as a key point of contact and proactively sharing business-critical insights.
- Continuously review and improve design processes and workflows, tracking the impact of design changes.
- Serve as a role model by fostering open communication and driving initiatives to elevate team morale and collaboration.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of end-to-end projects.
- Advanced UX skills with solid UI capabilities and understanding of interaction design.
- Proficient in Figma, with working knowledge of tools like Notion, Linear, and Adobe Suite.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles in relation to design.
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, and prototyping.
- Experience developing and managing design systems and working closely with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- A passion for solving complex design problems and creating innovative solutions.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
