Responsibilities

  • Lead Complex Projects: Drive complex design initiatives ensuring cohesive and frictionless user journeys.
  • Design for Scale: Develop and evolve UX patterns, systems, and frameworks for consistency and innovation.
  • Craft with AI: Utilize AI for design explorations, prototyping, and research.
  • Collaborate & Lead Across Functions: Foster deep partnership with various teams.
  • Measure & Iterate for Real Impact: Define success metrics, validate with analytics, and iterate for user value and business outcomes.
  • Foster a Bold, Inclusive Culture: Elevate team craft, mentor others, and help define the future of Fintech and Flywheel.
