Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape tools that simplify how users manage their work and get paid. You will influence product strategy and define experiences that scale across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities
- Create rational, articulable, elegant solutions to complex problems
- Think holistically about the user journey and product ecosystem
- Design concepts for invoicing that are usable, educational, and relevant
- Build high quality solutions that directly impact the bottom line of the business
- Drive work from discovery and concept through detailed design and delivery
- Be data-driven and have an interest in measuring and improving the experience
- Contribute to OKRs, product strategy, vision, and roadmap by working closely with PM and Engineering partners
- Help define key metrics in order to track success and business impact
- Maintain clear team alignment around goals and priorities
- Partner with user research and testing, ensuring usability and product consistency
- Collaborate with our Design Systems team to ensure your work integrates into our ecosystem
- Love talking to users and looking at data in equal measure
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design
- Simplifies complex data into actionable design tasks
- Proficient in Figma and prototyping both large concepts and micro-interactions
- Strong visual design expertise in consistency, color, typography, and animation
- Experience with UX methodologies for complex systems (service blueprints, user journeys, usability testing)
- Systems approach to designing large concepts and micro-interactions
- Effective at storytelling and tailoring presentations for different audiences
- Passionate about impactful design, staying current with trends
- Provides thought leadership and aligns design with brand voice
