Responsibilities
- Lead ambitious, strategic design initiatives focused on agentic experiences
- Own and articulate a compelling vision for powerful creation, automation, and orchestration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape strategic roadmaps and ensure effective go-to-market execution
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate innovative concepts to validate hypotheses
- Elevate the quality, consistency, and trustworthiness of Webflow’s platform
- Act as an influential thought leader informed by user research, AI technologies, and competitor strategies
Requirements
- Deep interest in AI technologies, advanced prototyping, design systems, and tooling
- Experience influencing and leading complex initiatives in a remote environment
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Previous experience with software empowering professional or technical users
- Comfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset
