The Senior Product Designer conducts user experience research and creates user-centric design solutions. They ensure high design quality standards while collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Performs moderate customer and user experience research by conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Initiates and carries out comprehensive analysis and research activities.
- Reviews and creates design solutions with a holistic approach.
- Reviews and creates visuals and prototypes that articulate design concepts and interactions.
- Applies creative expertise at a higher complexity project or program level.
- Ensures the implementation of user-focused strategies, innovations, solutions, and experiences.
- Promotes effective collaboration by fostering co-creation approaches between Design and business stakeholders.
- Acts as a field expert, takes ownership of knowledge creation and management within the organizational context.
- Performs larger, more complex projects, possesses the ability to influence and create conducive conditions for success.
- Works within moderate complexity project constraints, including budget and time limitations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in (UX) Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as User Experience (UX) Design, Information Architecture, User Research, Product Design, Usability Testing or equivalent.
