Product Designer - Apps (f/m/d)

Own the end-to-end design process for the apps, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance app experiences and maintain design standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process, from user research to final implementation
• Identify user needs and challenges to generate ideas, guided by KPIs and data-driven hypotheses
• Leverage app possibilities to enhance app users’ experiences and balance distinctness of app and web experience
• Take over the UI responsibility for our apps, by delivering visually stunning interfaces and ensuring visual consistency
• Support on improving and maintaining the overall LOTTO24 design system
• Create, visualize and communicate ideas, features and customer journeys
• Optimize conversion flows while maintaining trust and credibility
• Validate ideas through iteration and user feedback, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating relevant innovations
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, championing a human-centric design approach

Requirements

• Ideally 5+ years of product design experience with a track record of working with an app focus
• Expertise in UX and UI design, including creating deliverables across various fidelities
• Deep familiarity with both iOS and Android design patterns, behaviors, and platform-specific guidelines (Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design)
• Strong conceptual and visual focus on app specific experiences, patterns, designs and animations
• Proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping tools, and scalable design systems
• Deep knowledge of UX standards, methodologies, and data-informed design practices
• Experience conducting and collaborating on user research to guide decisions
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
