Lead the design of Patreon’s core membership monetization experiences, focusing on deepening creator-fan relationships and driving monetization. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for core membership experiences that deepen creator–fan relationships and drive monetization
- Translate broad, multi-touchpoint journeys into clear, actionable product flows and strategies
- Identify and design tools that help creators showcase their work in ways that inspire fan engagement and conversion
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to scope, iterate, and deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions
- Use insights from research, data, and market analysis to inform long-term design direction and validate solutions
- Maintain a high bar for craft in visual and interaction design across membership experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a focus on consumer-facing digital products
- Proven track record designing for complex, multi-step user journeys that drive retention, engagement, or monetization
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with an eye for clarity, simplicity, and detail
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and converging toward clarity through exploration and iteration
- Skilled collaborator who builds trust and alignment across disciplines
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped, high-impact work with measurable results
