Senior Product Designer (Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will define solutions that improve the guest booking experience across Agoda products, collaborating with cross-functional partners. You will take full ownership of the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces
• Independently deliver pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions
• Run discovery phases and help define product requirements
• Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
• Present work to peers and leadership, async and in-person
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings
• Think and write about process and detailing decisions
• Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design
• Be a strategic leader in implementing customer-centric experiences

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products
• In-house experience highly preferred
• Proficient in UI design with deep knowledge of design patterns
• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
• Strong communicator with the ability to articulate design rationale and build trust across disciplines
