You will work on the advisor platform to streamline workflows and improve the overall experience for advisors and their managers. This includes collaborating with product managers and developers to turn designs into working features and engaging with users to identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn designs into working features.
- Identify pain points and simplify complex processes.
- Improve workflows such as lead management, prospecting, client management, fulfilment, approvals, policy servicing, and reporting.
- Regularly engage with advisors and sales managers to understand their challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and conduct usability tests to identify what works and what needs improvement.
- Leverage user data and behavioural insights to refine and enhance designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency, usability, and a cohesive experience across products.
- Contribute to the design system, ensuring scalable and reusable components.
- Ensure designs meet both business goals and user needs while delivering a smooth, intuitive experience.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a Product/UX Designer role, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design.
- Solid knowledge of Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
- Team spirit; strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in articulating and presenting design decisions, backed by research and data.
- Experience in an Agile environment, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
- Good time-management skills.
