Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will take ownership of key product areas and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product decisions. They will lead the end-to-end design process and ensure high-quality user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations leadership to drive product decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Take ownership of the entire product design process, ensuring seamless and delightful interactions.
• Design within an established design system and contribute to the evolution of new design standards.
• Deliver thoughtful solutions and detailed specs ready for implementation.
• Collaborate with internal/external users to conduct interviews and gather data to inform design decisions.
• Maintain unparalleled excellence in visual and interaction design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of impactful experience in product/UX design or a related field.
• Previous experience with accounting, finance, tax tools, small business SaaS, or early-stage product environments is highly preferred.
• Skilled at simplifying complex systems to achieve human-centric solutions.
• Strong attention to detail in information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
• Understanding of how exceptional design drives key product metrics and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborative, natural communicator, insatiably curious, genuinely humble, and effective influencer across diverse functions.
