The Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end experiences for various customer-facing products and services. This includes translating complex workflows into elegant interfaces across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with a lean crew of engineers and PMs, translate complex, multi-step workflows into elegant, globally localized interfaces that span desktop, mobile, and payment hardware screens
- Mastering merchant and consumer flows and owning every step of design, from research to polished dev-ready files
Requirements
- 6+ years of end-to-end product design experience shipping software in the POS or payments industry
- Portfolio that demonstrates elegant solutions to complex, multi-step workflows
- Fluency in Figma
- Strong grasp of UX research methods and the ability to plan and conduct usability tests with tools like usertesting.com
- Experience designing across multiple platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS)
Key Skills
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and research tools—think Figma AI, ChatGPT prototypes, or automated usability-testing platforms
- History of designing and localizing products for global rollouts, adapting flows across multiple regions, languages, and payment standards
- Experience shaping consumer-facing iOS / Android apps end-to-end, from onboarding flows to ongoing engagement
