Lead end-to-end, user-centered design for the Trezor Suite app on mobile and desktop platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product goals are met and continuously improve the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end, user-centered design for our Trezor Suite app on mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, guidelines, and patterns, maintaining visual design consistency across all products and customer touchpoints.
- Build and maintain design libraries and style guides; set goals and raise design maturity across the company.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with our research team; translate insights into decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure product goals are met.
- Continuously improve the user experience by collaborating with other design team members and enhancing design processes and practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product/UX design with a portfolio of shipped, user-centered design solutions.
- Strong user research and testing skills to collaborate effectively with the research team.
- Proactive, clear communicator and strong collaborator.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
- Skilled at using AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity.
- Understanding of blockchain/cryptocurrency is a plus.
