Responsibilities
- Design and deliver thoughtful, user-centered end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile.
- Translate product requirements into clear, elegant UX/UI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape strategy and define user needs.
- Use research, experimentation, and data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Contribute to design system by building reusable components.
- Participate in design critiques and foster a culture of feedback, learning, and shared ownership.
- Stay close to users to understand their needs, pain points, and behaviors.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in cross-functional product teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, polished UX/UI craft, and measurable impact on product outcomes.
- Advanced interaction and visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, consistency, and usability.
- Deep experience with modern design tools like Figma, and a track record of contributing to or evolving design systems.
- Confidence leading the full design process from framing the problem to execution, iteration, and follow-through.
- Ability to build and organize design artefacts.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Confidence in running usability tests, user interviews, or co-creation workshops.
- User-first approach grounded in curiosity, empathy, and ownership.
- Ability to balance speed and quality, make trade-offs, and move work forward independently.
- Collaborative mindset with experience mentoring or guiding other designers.
- Fluent English language skills.
