Senior Product Designer - Pay Ecosystem

Responsibilities
- Develop strategy for feature area in partnership with leaders and cross-functional collaborators.
- Confidently identify and run research, pick methodologies, and use UX research coaches.
- Key player in vision processes and concepting, creating excellent solutions.
- Bring high-fidelity designs to life with a firm grasp on UI skillset.
- Build usable flows and prototypes, considering delightful and efficient details.
- Master using design system and know when to improve it.
- Express complex flows and interactions, contribute to information architecture.
- Master storytelling skills, give and receive critique effectively.
- Master feedback cycle, improve work, and work with stakeholders.
- Exemplary team member providing valuable peer support, crit, and feedback.
Requirements
- Very experienced IC product designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of end-to-end design.
- Work history demonstrating ability to autonomously own design for a team or feature area.
- Preference for experience in Payroll, Fintech, HR tech, B2B, or SaaS.
- Impressive portfolio showing consistent outstanding results for both business and end users.
- Experience with simplicity, typography, interaction design, and UI design.
- Case studies demonstrating full end-to-end design process.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Persuasive communication skills with clear, fluent English.
- Evidence of wider influence on design team, such as mentoring.
- Candidates embodying Remote's core values.
