The Product Designer will focus on providing customers with a flawless user experience by understanding complex problems and designing intuitive solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet product goals and improve existing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Understanding complex problems in the Customer Experience space
- Designing solutions that are intuitive, clean, and effective to achieve product goals
- Leveraging data to inform design decisions
- Fostering alignment on design decisions across design, product, engineering with great communication and collaboration
- Improving and polishing existing designs, promoting consistency, and improving workflows with the team
- Delivering complete, consistent results
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on product design experience covering the full process from user research, sketching, to creating prototypes, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs
- Started utilizing AI tools to enhance design workflow
- Experience designing for B2B software, SaaS, or workflow management products a major plus
- Critical thinking about the end users’ experience and capability to provide simple, effective solutions
- Strong UI design skills and ability to elevate existing design language
- Elegant, functional designs that meet “pixel-perfect” standards
- Collaboration with engineers, product managers, and other designers
- Clear, concise communication of ideas and designs to stakeholders
- Solid work ethic and willingness to put in the time to make the product great
