The Product Designer will lead the creation of user-centered design strategies that enhance customer engagement across digital platforms. They will collaborate with various departments to deliver innovative design solutions that align with brand objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of user-centered, visually engaging design strategies that enhance customer engagement and brand connection across digital platforms.
- Translate complex concepts into clean, elegant user experiences through intuitive flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and competitive audits to uncover insights that inform visual design decisions.
- Design user journeys, personas, and sitemaps that bring clarity and intention to navigation and structure.
- Apply responsive and accessible design principles to ensure seamless experiences across all devices and audiences.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is maintained in final implementationโno coding is required.
- Use design analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics) to evaluate user engagement and optimize visual UX outcomes.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and UX best practices to continuously elevate digital design standards.
- Design aesthetically refined, responsive websites and digital experiences that reflect brand identity and drive user engagement.
- Craft visually dynamic layouts, landing pages, and UI components with a focus on clarity, hierarchy, and storytelling.
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to align design with strategic goals, user needs, and brand tone.
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and brand style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all touchpoints.
- Design complementary digital assets such as banners, email templates, promotional graphics, and pop-ups that support campaign objectives.
- Provide design QA during handoff and development phases to uphold visual quality and ensure design consistency.
- Contribute to a creative and collaborative team environment by participating in critiques, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage multiple design projects with efficiency, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to visual and UX detail.
- Maintain organized, well-labeled design files and ensure work is version-controlled and accessible across shared platforms.
Requirements
- 3 โ 4-year Bachelorโs Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related visual design discipline.
- 3 โ 5 years of experience in UX and visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and user-focused work across web, mobile, and email.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Mac-based design workflows.
- Expertise in user experience design principles, user interface best practices, and visual storytelling across digital platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and design standards for high-performance email campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative spirit, visual creativity, and a passion for delivering design that delights users and drives results.
