The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative, user-centred design solutions. They will create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct user research to inform design decisions that drive measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative, user-centred design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive user research- including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis- to inform and validate design decisions.
- Apply PSV Thinking™, ensuring designs deliver measurable business value (Profit, Scale, Value).
- Design solutions that help define, articulate, and amplify the client EdgeFactor™.
- Translate concepts into user flows and customer journey maps to enhance the user experience.
- Champion user-centred design principles and advocate for the end-user throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or similar roles.
- Execute end-to-end UX/UI design processes within our 4DCX Framework®.
- Proficiently utilise industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Ability to conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
- Clearly present and articulate design rationale and decisions to internal teams and clients.
- Translate complex business and user requirements into simple, elegant, and user-friendly design solutions.
- Manage design tasks effectively within project timelines and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
