UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will design landing pages, websites, and dashboards for agency clients while collaborating with team members to understand project requirements. They will also refine AI-generated concepts and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design landing pages, websites, design systems, and dashboards for agency clients
• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and objectives
• Utilize AI tools to generate and map initial design concepts and ideas
• Refine AI-generated concepts using human craftsmanship to create polished, professional designs
• Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain consistency across multiple projects
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting weekly deadlines
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from clients and team members
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Manage project timelines and communicate progress updates to project managers
• Adapt design styles to match different agency brands and client requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with both startup and agency backgrounds
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, mobile apps, and design systems
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and willingness to integrate them into workflow
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
• Experience working with clients directly and incorporating feedback professionally
• Understanding of responsive design principles and web development constraints
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a flexible schedule environment
• Experience with white-label design work or agency client projects preferred
• Available to work within UK-EU timezone for team collaboration and client communication
