The UI/UX Designer will conceptualize and create qualitative designs and user journeys while adhering to brand guidelines. They will conduct user studies and own all aspects of design from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and create qualitative designs, storytelling products and user journeys, by adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring optimum User Experience
- Conduct user studies, competitive research and usability tests
- Own all aspects of design from concept to launch: storyboards, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and assets
- Collaborate and effectively communicate ideas to the rest of the team
- Stay on top of all the latest technology and trends in UX and User-Centred design
Requirements
- University degree in Design, Computer Science or any other related field
- At least 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in creative tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch)
- Advanced knowledge in narratives and storytelling experiences
- Artistic eye for design and creative thinking
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with web design principles (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
- Experience in data visualisation and static/ interactive infographics is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and verbal
