Hybrid Full-time Senior

The UI/UX Designer will work with a diverse team to design screens for Omnia, a proprietary cloud-based application. They will collaborate with Product Owners and business groups to develop screen and process designs while adhering to design standards.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the user needs/recommendations/requirements discovery-design process following the teamโ€™s design guides
  • Develop screen and process designs in Figma leveraging design guides
  • Provide expertise on design best practices, oversee adherence to design standards, and maintain design guides
  • Provide direction and feedback to the UI/UX design team on mockups and wireframes
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders/SMEs, including development teams, business analysts, and end-users, to evaluate, define, and prioritize business requirements
  • Maintain a product mindset that prioritizes the customer and focuses on delivering value through the Omnia product
  • Utilize agile methodologies in the development process, from sprint planning to daily stand-ups
  • Identify opportunities and recommendations for continuous improvements and work with program leaders to implement
  • Provide updates on status, timelines, and problems; review final outcomes with the client and obtain their sign-off

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and 5+ years of experience with UI/UX design experience (e.g., user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, etc.)
  • Experience with design tools (such as Figma or Adobe XD) and project management tools (such as Jira or Confluence)
  • Experience in user requirements gathering including business process mapping
  • In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Experience facilitating meetings and presentations with stakeholders across various levels and business groups
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience in the Commercial Real Estate or Financial Industry (preferred)
