This role is responsible for designing and improving user experiences across digital platforms, focusing on UI design, front-end execution, and video content creation. The designer will create wireframes, collaborate with teams, implement front-end updates, and manage WordPress content.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to support web, dashboard, and quoting tool development
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver engaging, user-centered design solutions
- Implement light front-end updates using HTML and CSS, working closely with developers to bring designs to life
- Manage and update WordPress pages, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and UX standards
- Produce and edit short-form videos for marketing campaigns, internal initiatives, and tutorials
- Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and digital brand standards
- Conduct or participate in user testing and apply feedback to iterate on design
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, front-end digital work, or a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, prototypes, and examples of web design and/or video content
- Advanced experience in Figma (UX flows, components, prototypes)
- Strong understanding of UI principles and responsive design
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Hands-on WordPress experience (page building, content updates)
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned projects
