Onsite $75,000 - $90,000 Full-time Mid-level

This role is responsible for designing and improving user experiences across digital platforms, focusing on UI design, front-end execution, and video content creation. The designer will create wireframes, collaborate with teams, implement front-end updates, and manage WordPress content.

Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to support web, dashboard, and quoting tool development
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver engaging, user-centered design solutions
  • Implement light front-end updates using HTML and CSS, working closely with developers to bring designs to life
  • Manage and update WordPress pages, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and UX standards
  • Produce and edit short-form videos for marketing campaigns, internal initiatives, and tutorials
  • Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and digital brand standards
  • Conduct or participate in user testing and apply feedback to iterate on design
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, front-end digital work, or a similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, prototypes, and examples of web design and/or video content
  • Advanced experience in Figma (UX flows, components, prototypes)
  • Strong understanding of UI principles and responsive design
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Hands-on WordPress experience (page building, content updates)
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned projects

Key Skills
