The UI/UX Designer will create intuitive user experiences from complex workflows and maintain a consistent design system. They will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring designs to life.
Responsibilities
- Turn complex workflows into intuitive user experiences through design
- Create seamless experiences while keeping our design system sharp
- Drive consistency of patterns across different workflows and user scenarios
- Design and maintain global patterns as part of our design system
- Chat with users, gather insights, and turn their feedback into improvements
- Help guide our product direction with user-centered thinking
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to bring designs to life
Requirements
- More than 5 years experience in the field of UI/UX
- With a portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills for digital products
- Strong proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of design thinking and user-centered principles
- Experience with research methods and applying insights throughout the design process
- Ability to design with a product-growth mindset across the entire lifecycle
- Experience designing for B2B or enterprise software
- Interest in GRC and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Knowledge about UX patterns for AI-based systems
- Self-starter with excellent team communication
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven approach to user experience design
- Passion for creating measurable design impact
- Design-related degree or equivalent experience
