- Conduct user research to understand pain points and user needs.
- Design user interfaces and interaction models that are intuitive and responsive.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to propose solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to align the overall design with user needs and business goals.
- Implement design aesthetics using Figma, ensuring high-quality visual coherence.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX research and UI design for web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Figma is essential.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience working with Agile teams
- Familiarity with SaaS products
- Strong understanding of design systems and systems thinking (must-have)
- Self-motivated with a proactive, go-getter attitude (must-have)
- Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in design
