The UI/UX designer will be responsible for end-to-end solutions from research to development oversight in an Agile environment. They will integrate front-end technologies with creative designs while understanding business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end solution from research through to ideation, prototyping, design, user testing, development handoff, and development oversight in an Agile iterative environment.
- Understand business requirements, integrate front-end technologies to merge the technical architecture with creative designs and design direction.
- Participate in sizing user stories, backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in User Interface/ User Experience or related field with at least 3 years of experience in creating and implementing interaction design.
- Ideally familiar with Agile/SCRUM practices.
- Adaptable in dynamic environment.
- Proficient with visual design using the tool Figma.
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.
- Experience creating storyboards and site mapping.
- Continued education and research into UI trends.
- Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages would be added advantage.
