UI/UX Designer

Collaborate with product managers, game designers, and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, game designers, and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Design user interfaces that balance visual appeal with intuitive, frictionless gameplay across platforms.
• Craft astonishing UI animations that bring interactions to life.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to refine usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Incorporate AI-driven design tools and analytics to prototype interfaces faster, test usability at scale, and adapt UI elements dynamically based on player behavior and preferences.
• Work closely with artists and developers to maintain visual consistency and integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and stay current with industry trends, platform guidelines, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in the gaming or interactive media industry.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, interaction flow, visual polish, and results.
• Proficiency in Figma and ideally in other similar tools like Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or Principle.
• Unity experience: familiarity with implementing UI in Unity and understanding of technical constraints.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Proven ability to communicate ideas and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with user research and usability testing, and incorporating feedback into iterative design.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for crafting delightful, player-first experiences.
• Excellent English communication skills for smooth collaboration with an international team.
