Remote $60,000 - $80,000 Full-time Mid-level
As a Jr UI/UX Designer, you will produce creative designs and contribute to the overall design system while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also review deliverables and provide feedback on the quality and usability of UX implementations.
Responsibilities
- Produce creative and original designs with consistent design patterns
- Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team
- Prioritize and manage multiple design projects
- Review the deliverables produced by the development teams
- Provide detailed, comprehensive design specifications and user flows
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of native mobile and web design experience
- Self-starter with a high level of intellectual curiosity
- Hands-on experience with Figma / Sketch
- Basic understanding of UI and interaction design principles
- Ability to work with remote teams and virtual stakeholders
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.0 and accessibility guidelines
- Portfolio of solid, demonstrable UX process and work samples
- BA/BS degree in Design or equivalent experience
Key Skills
