The Senior UI/UX Designer will create intuitive and engaging digital experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will own the end-to-end design process and maintain design systems for consistency across products.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces using industry best practices.
  • Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure the technical feasibility and consistent implementation of designs.
  • Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design critiques and team reviews.
  • Stay current on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of responsive web and mobile design work.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with usability testing, user research methods, and incorporating feedback into design iteration.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Masterโ€™s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
