As a UI/UX Designer, you will transform customer needs into user journeys and design intuitive interfaces. You will maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Translating customer needs into user journeys and designing intuitive interfaces.
- Researching, designing, and prototyping new user experiences in collaboration with the product manager and/or creative director.
- Delivering user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, visual assets, and comprehensive design guidelines to ensure flawless implementation.
- Presenting and communicating designs and deliverables to peers and executives.
- Maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, leveraging ShadCN’s modular components.
Requirements
- Basic copywriting skills (English)
- Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, and design principles.
- Proficiency in maintaining and contributing to a consistent design library and system, with familiarity using tools like ShadCN.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, deadline-driven environment.
- A driven, enthusiastic personality with a sense of humor.
- Proficiency with Figma on a Mac (preferred tooling).
