Leads the design and user experience for applications and interfaces built on the Power Platform. Collaborates closely with Power Platform Developers to implement designs and ensures they meet user needs.
Responsibilities
- Leads the design and user experience for applications and interfaces built on the Power Platform
- Conducts user research, creates wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Ensures designs are accessible, consistent with branding guidelines, and meet user needs
- Collaborates closely with Power Platform Developers to implement designs
- Champions user-centered design principles
Requirements
- User research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), usability testing, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), strong understanding of design principles and best practices
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX design projects
- Nielsen Norman Group certifications or similar UX certifications (a plus)
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
- Ability to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus
