The UI/UX Designer will create user interfaces and handle complex use cases for new features and enhancements. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and defend design solutions and participate in user research and usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Create user interfaces and handle complex use cases for new features and enhancements based on concepts, designs, and specifications within cross-functional teams
- Work closely with the UX/UI Designers, Developers, Product Owner and Project Managers to collect information and provide feedback to inform and defend design solutions
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather information for validating design decisions
- Document product guidelines and best practices (focusing on atomic design principles and showing the agility to organize and maintain a Design System)
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional UI/UX role
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management, organization and prioritization
- Teamwork
- Initiative
- Excellent English skills - spoken and written
Key Skills
- Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
- Design Systems (focusing on atomic design principles)
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
- Knowledge in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
