The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-friendly interfaces primarily in WordPress. They will also conduct user research and usability testing to optimize designs and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
- Develop and maintain intuitive, attractive, and user-friendly interfaces, primarily in WordPress
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Create and edit graphical elements independently using Adobe Photoshop
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to optimize designs
- Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand standards across all platforms and devices
- Work closely with the development team to implement designs effectively and troubleshoot UI/UX issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, specifically in front-end web design
- Strong proficiency in WordPress
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale
- A portfolio showcasing compelling UI/UX design projects
Key Skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
