You will lead the evolution and adoption of the design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across platforms. Additionally, you will design intuitive interfaces and conduct user research to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ongoing evolution and adoption of our design system, driving consistency, scalability and efficiency across all platforms by actively collaborating with engineering to ensure seamless implementation and component adoption in development
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on user journeys and interaction flows
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights and inform design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to shape great experiences from concept to launch
  • Support the design team end-to-end design delivery, from initial concept through to developer hand-off
  • Help improve design processes and advocate for best practices in collaboration and iteration
  • Balance speed and attention to detail, adapting to changing priorities and fast-paced delivery
  • Jump in where needed to support broader creative or product-related tasks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong emphasis on user experience (UX) methodologies and problem solving
  • A proven track record of contributing to or maintaining a robust design system
  • Demonstrate expert level proficiency in Figma, with a strong command of its advanced features and a proven ability to leverage design systems effectively within the tool
  • Understand layout, typography, and visual hierarchy β€” and apply them with consistency
  • Can balance quick delivery with polished, high-quality output
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate well with designers, developers, and product teams
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work
