As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will shape the player experience by owning the UX strategy and UI execution across various game elements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance player engagement and improve game features based on player data and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own the UX strategy and UI execution across gameplay, metagame, and LiveOps content
- Design player journeys for onboarding, FTUE, events, upgrades, store, and retention systems
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma (or similar)
- Translate UX into polished, high-fidelity UI mockups with clear hierarchy and visual consistency
- Build and evolve component-based UI systems and a shared style guide
- Collaborate across disciplines—from product and game design to art and engineering
- Contribute UX thinking to early-stage feature ideation
- Use player data, feedback, and playtests to iterate and improve flows and experiences
Requirements
- 8+ years in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in mobile games or fast-scaling products
- A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking and polished UI design
- Deep proficiency with Figma and working knowledge of Unity
- Solid grasp of behavioral UX, cognitive load, and attention-driven interaction design
- Experience working in LiveOps or GaaS-driven environments
- Strong communication skills, you can confidently present and defend design decisions
