The UI/UX Designer will lead the design and optimization of landing pages to enhance user experience and maximize conversions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals and monitor key performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Taking the lead to design and optimization of landing pages to elevate user experience and maximize conversions.
- Leverage expertise in tools like Figma, WordPress and System.io to bring designs to life seamlessly.
- Infuse interactive elements and finesse into digital assets using JavaScript and CSS.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as bounce rate, dead clicks, scroll rate, and load speed.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and A/B testing to refine designs and enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, Media buyers, and strategists to align design strategies with business goals.

- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and CSS to enhance user experience with interactive elements.
- Familiarity with key terms and concepts in conversion rate optimization (CRO) such as bounce rate, dead clicks, scroll rate, and load speed optimization.
- Proven track record of optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for pushing the boundaries of design and delivering exceptional user experiences.
